This is a very unusual Webley & Scott Mark III pistol. This one has been engraved, and inlaid, with Nickle and copper alloy.

Trench art on a flare pistol.

I found this one in Canada, The only flare pistol I ever bought there.

Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.

I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !

That is a great piece! I curated a Trench-Art show at the art museum where I work, that would have fit in very nicely!
