DRP Cattle Killer Unkown

Came across this on the internet. No makers name , caliber shown as 9 Gauge, which I think will be an error.

Has any one seen a cattle killer like this before and what do the initials D R P stand for?

Hi,
the letters DRP stand for "Deutsches Reichs Patent" - that means German Empire Patent.
