This Flare gun Webley No 1 Mk 5 followed with the Centurion tanks Sweden bought from UK 1954.

Hi Gotavapen
This pistol was called Pistol till stridsvagn 81 in Sweden. It was only used by the crews of the Centurion tanks.

Thank you hotto.
As a matter of fact it was called "Signalpistol" here in Sweden without proper designation (i.e. m/54), contra to AN-M8 which followed with the airplane Mustang which got the designation m/45.
(Ref. Armémuseum)
For the rest of the army at that time m/50 from Dianawerke was used.
