Hello,

There are several interesting Italian flare pistols which may justify a specific part for this country. What do our administrators think about it? I would then be happy to post additional pictures.

I love the early brass Italian Flare Pistols. It is a very nice example you picture.
Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.

I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !

Hi Heberl94,
If other forum members are agree, we could had a specific part dedicated to Italien flare guns.
We should make some kind of survey ... ;)
Best regards

I think it would be beneficial to create
a section for Italian flare pistols, cartridges and related material.

Great idea!
May your collection grow and prosper.

This model is the so called Pistola Savoia 1917. It is very similar to the model posted by Fert except for the markings, the grips and for very small details on the frame.
