Is there an contry where the Z free to have. I live in Belgium an here they are on an gun licence.

Same in France as the "Z" model is considered as a grenade launcher. So, nobody can officially get one (even with a license). But you have to know this detail and inspect the barrel to find it's not a normal flare gun.
So if any collector has trouble, I'm not sure it will be the most important evidence... for sure, suspicions will come from other objects ...

Thanks Bruno fore the input. Buth I would like the have all markets fore the Z. Buth in Belgium flare guns are not free, both if I can buy them from a country where the Z is free I can buy them because I have an collectors license. If a buy them and it's illegal I can lose my hole gun collection.
