Hi doctor,
here are two rare yugoslavian flare cartridges before 1941. There are not headstamps, but the primer are marked "BT3 K". This means VTZ (Voina technical zavod Kragujevac).

Okay, here are two dutch illuminating cartridges before 1940. The Army used two variants of cartridge cases - dutch production and french producktion. No headstamp, but the dutch case has a knurled rim!
