Signal pistol Model 1895

Post by hotto »

From 1895 another Very pistol was built, which was no longer intended only for the navy, but also for the army. This pistol was almost entirely made of steel and had a handle very similar to that of the Bodeo revolver of 1889. However, this handle was an independent development that was not interchangeable. The rotatable barrel had an attached handle like the predecessor model. The release lever under the barrel was no longer used on this pistol. Both signal pistols with the original Very - turn were made side by side until about 1905, then the production was discontinued in favor of a successor model.

This was my flaregun before I sold it. It was sold with an original holster.
Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.

I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !
