Berridge No1 MkIV WW2 Signal Pistol Survey

Post by AlanD »

No1 Mk IV.jpg
According to Ian Skennerton's book on WW2 British Small Arms contracts there was two orders for this pistol.

31/12/1940 20,000
25/09/1941 20,000.

So in theory I would expect to see serial numbers running from 1 to 40,000.

If you have an example of this pistol could you please post the serial number, thanks.

Mine are serial numbers 17,891 and 30,165. The latter came in a Canadian holster.
