LP 42 euh #3840

Post by Fson »

I have since many years back an LP 42 made of "euh" with the serial number 3840.
The gun has overall a well worn black colored paint, is this original patina or done afterward?
What I understand is the serial number quite low according to the total produced guns?
Is there something more to say about this gun or the condition?
The actual gun was used on a ship, formerly belonging to "Deutsche Hydrographische Institut (DHI)" in Hamburg, and came to Sweden in the mid-eighties.
