Strange Ev. br 100 marking on LP34

Hi,
A collector has a LP34 (ayf, 1943) with an added marking "Ev. br 100' ?
Does anybody have any idea regarding what it means.

For me, it should be post war ? But why ? and for what ? Any meaning regarding Ev. and/or br ?

Hello Bruno,
Evidentia broj is Yugoslavian and means inventory number. This pistol was adopted into the Yugoslav army after the Second World War.
