this is abbreviatet und is called: ZÜNDHÜTCHEN- UND PATRONENFABRIK SCHÖNEBECK AN DER ELBE.
That means: PERCUSSION CAPS AND CARTRIDGE FACTORY
SCHOENEBECK ON THE RIVER ELBE
The "4" is the caliber. Cal.4 = 26,5mm
