Hello, No, WWII vintage does not have the pebble grained surface under the lid, etc. where WWII examples have a smooth leather. There are other differences, but don't want the fakers to know.
Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.


I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !

Yes it is.
The leather inside width is black for the Est German pouches compared to the WWII which are just natural leather colour
