LP42 Disassembly
Re: LP42 Disassembly
Hi Bergler,
I have a 98% euh LP42 and a 96+% Krieghoff marked Flieger-Leuchtpistole Model L that I will hopefully receive by the end of the week.
Just when I thought I couldn't get in any more trouble.....
Bill

Re: LP42 Disassembly
I would like instructions for removing the barrel on an original LP-42 that does not have any post war modifications. Can someone assist? Upon first inspection, it would like all one needs to do is drive out the pin with a brass punch? I would like confirmation before proceeding.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Re: LP42 Disassembly
Yes, you need to drive out the bolt, but hold the barrel down because the opening spring is pushing it up, Disassembly is easy, assembly a bit more complcated as you need to get the sring in place again. A bit tricky, always.billybibbet wrote:I would like instructions for removing the barrel on an original LP-42 that does not have any post war modifications. Can someone assist?
