Hello Kurt, This is yet another unusual flare pistol. It looks similar to the Turkish conversions of Smith & Wesson revolvers, However from the photo I think this pistol was totally manufactured as a flare gun, even the frame. Turkish ? Pakistan ? does anybody know ?
Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.


I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !

this pistol is supposed to be the Russian "Model 1917".
