Hello, I believe the G is a prefix to the serial number. I have a "B", "G", and what looks like a "G" overstamped on a "D". The prefix could have an additional meaning like an arsenal or depot. That is one question I am hoping Wolfgang will answer when his new book comes out next year. 1910 is an early and difficult date to find for a Weber, as I mostly see 1914's and 15's.
Guns have only two enemies, rust and politicians.

I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !

Hello,
Here is one of my German Weber flare pistols.
It was made by T&S and dated 1915, it has s/n 202 with an Imperial navy acceptance mark.
Does anyone have any information about this manufacturer/numbers made etc.?
Best regards,
Peter

Hello, T&S stands for Thieme & Schlegelmilch in Suhl. Approximately 1000 were manufactured by that maker.
