Here a picture from a belgian pinfire signal pistol, caliber 12 gauge. Who can help me with information?

these very interesting pistol has rifles inside the barrel, so I assume that it was originally not constructed for the use of signals.

I have nearly the same one but with a butt. It is also from Belgium. It seems to be a later conversion into flare gun. Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures. If you are interested I will post better ones. I saw two flare guns similar to yours in another collection.
