From the one photo showing the markings on the pistol I can only see Birmingham commercial proof marks, no military acceptance or military proof marks. Maybe these are present but just not on the part of the flare gun in the photo?
Interesting if it is a commercially produced example.
Does it bear British military acceptance/ownership/proof marks at all?
