The photo's are too dark in most places and not close enough to see proofmarks, but, it looks like an honest Erma-Erfurt 1940 dated. correct type grips, hammer etc. Value is whatever a standard heer model goes for in your local. 250-300 here.

It’s just anodization getting older. No problem with this color. In some cases it’s becoming orange.
