Did you try to open the barrel of these two Sturmpistole (if it's possible) ?
And if so, did you find the 'little cylinder' or internal sleeve in it ?

But as I know, top Sturmpistole is simple flare gun with sight and stock

Hello Ratnik,

the Sturmpistole is in deed just a flare pistol, but becomes a Sturmpistole not only by the sight, the stock, a special extractor for this liner and it has also an rifled insert barrel (liner) with which the special Panzerwurfkörper 42 LP could be shot.
