Webley Schermuly 1 1/2" Signal Pistol

Ran across this on one of the "enabler" websites, and looking here and online there really isn't much info.
I did see the other one posted here:

and the one on GB listed by a member here. Attached are some pics.
I'm guessing this is mid-late 1950's?

They did a long barrel version with a wood butt and a forward pistol grip. I think they were made in the late 1970's to early-mid 1980's.

One could see them on the evening news in various countries around the world that had a lot of civil un-rest!

I have a pistol for sale on Gunbroker, and I also have this Webley Schermuly with shoulder stock which I will soon list.

I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !
