NICO SCHEINTOD 3-BARREL PISTOL in box

This is a Zinc construction, Nico Scheintod Gas Pistol with 3 barrels in the box, with one cartridge.

and another example of a different box with two cartridges.

I am still looking for ANY information regarding the European Use of the Original Costons flares from 1859 through 1881. Photo's, Patents, contracts & orders, ANY INFORMATION IS NEEDED ! !
