Question : Hungarian 43

Post by K & K Collection »

Hi,

Is this the same?
The flare gun have no date, only the lettre V with the serial number. At the other side is a smal stamp. The flare gun is very good condition. Maybe it's a copy for a other country? If somebody knows more about this flare gun, please let me know.

Best regards

Hi Kurt,

this is a post war 43M. There is no model designation and the hungarian national emblem (before 1956) is on the right side.

Best regards

Hi,
I am pretty sure it is the hungarian Model 43. I just saw one at a market again today, but didn´t take it because the condition was too bad. And I think that yours may be reworked? New blueing?
