"Einspannklaue"

Post by Fson »

Latest found are this "Einspannklaue" with storage box and libelle for the "Signalpistol 50" made by Dianawerke Rastatt. I can not say if it´s German or Swedish made but anyway used by the Swedish Army. Box is of Swedish origin. The name "Fästanordning" can be translated as fastening device. This type of device are seldom seen in the private marked because they were mostly scrapped by the arsenals, and secondly have no use in the civil life.
If someone have a correct designation in English to this items I would be appreciated to know that.

This item was used by us in the Artillery for "Mätlyspatroner" during 1970:s. That is To measure positions for Howitzers and or enemy.
