I had this comment on another forum.
It is called an Einspannklaue mit Baumschaube, and yours is a Double Jointed Tree Spike with Flare gun clamp and sight.
There is also a single Jointed tree spike that was manufactured.
It is fairly rare, although a number of these are now turning up all over Europe, and Russia, as thanks to recent books, and the Excavation and exploration of old battlefields.
It could be used as a trip flare among other uses.
